Emperor Penguins can withstand -50C. They have a streamline shape to dive deep (up to 500m), living in large colonies. They reproduce annually, males incubating the single egg on their feet, while females go for food. Transferring the egg requires a delicate process of penguins rotating to huddle in the middle for warmth.
