Dated from the 1950's, this is a classic timepiece! It is a Hamilton Dyson mechanical wristwatch. This model was only produced during the years 1948 to 1951.
Manual-wind watch with an original Hamilton movement caliber grade 747, 8/0 sized, adjusted, 17 jewels, small-second, made in U.S.A.
Cased in a 25.2mm rectangular case and fancy lugs design, all in 14K yellow gold filled.
Original champagne dial with gold Arabic Numerals, gold hour marks, bold minute track and gold matching hands. The sub-second hand is located at 6 o’clock. The dial is also signed with the Hamilton name on top.
It comes with a new-old-stock black Genuine Lizard two-piece strap.
This watch is still in very good condition, runs very well, keeps great time!

Vintage watches are traditionally smaller than today's watches. Men’s watches typically measure between 29-36mm wide (some larger, some smaller) excluding the crown. We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
